John’s Creek Multi-Phase Remodel
This multi room house project in John’s Creek took place in two stages. The first phase included remodeling the kitchen, laundry room, dining room coffer ceilings and main staircase.
The kitchen featured custom cabinets cabinetry in a Shaker door with a Warm White painted finish on the perimeter and Willow Painted finish on the Island. The countertops used were the Caesarstone Frosty Carrina honed. Appliances included Miele, Wolf and Zephyr hood.
The laundry room has Schrock Trademark cabinetry with Elston door in Dover finish and Caesarstone Concrete color countertops.
Phase II was a complete remodel of the basement. This phase included re-working the staircase to the basement, creating a wine room perfect for entertaining, exercise room, bathroom, bar and kitchenette area, game room area and media room.
To keep with the modern feel of the basement the homeowners chose the Leicht cabinetry line with a combination of the Bondi Carbon Grey and Orlando Walnut Midi.
The homeowners opted for exposed pipes painted in black for the ceiling which we feel turned out beautifully. The stained concrete floors added the perfect touch to the modern design feel in the basement. A truly beautiful transformation of the basement perfect for entertaining.
